At Maison Auprelle, we aim to deliver a refined and seamless experience from the moment you place your order.

Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• During limited drops or high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times
• Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• Belgium & Germany: 2–5 business days
• France & other EU countries: 3–7 business days
• Outside the EU: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
• Free shipping may apply during promotions or special releases.

Tracking
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Pre‑Orders & Limited Drops
• If an item is part of a pre-order or limited release, estimated delivery dates will be communicated on the product page.
• Orders containing both pre-order and in‑stock items may ship together unless stated otherwise.

Failed Delivery / Address Errors
• The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping costs will apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages
• If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will assist you in opening an inquiry with the carrier.
