At Maison Auprelle, we stand for quality and craftsmanship. If your item isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help.

Return Window
• You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges
• Exchanges are possible as long as the desired size or color is in stock.
• Please include your order number with your request.

Exceptions
• Limited drops or exclusive releases may have restricted return eligibility.
• Items damaged through wear or improper use cannot be accepted.

Costs
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds
• Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 5 business days.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Your name
• Order number
• Reason for return or exchange
• Photos (if the item arrived damaged)
